Cookie Policy

The first time you visit, we ask you to choose Accept all or Essential only. You can change that whenever you like: open cookie settings. There's also a link in the footer of every page.

Essential, always on

The shop doesn't work without these.

• ch_consent: remembers your cookie choice, for six months.
• _medusa_cart_id: holds your basket.
• _medusa_jwt: keeps you signed in to your account.
• Other _medusa_ cookies: remember your region and speed up the shop.

Analytics, on unless you choose Essential only

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…): counts visits and what people do on the site, with IP addresses anonymised.
• Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk): records clicks, taps and scrolling as session recordings and heatmaps, so we can see where the shop gets in people's way.

Advertising, only with Accept all

• Google Ads (_gcl_…): links an order to the Google advert that brought you.
• Microsoft Advertising (_uetsid, _uetvid): the same for Bing adverts.

With Essential only, the Google and Microsoft tags still load but are told not to use advertising cookies.

Switching them off

Choose Essential only in cookie settings. That switches analytics and advertising off from that moment and deletes the cookies already set. Blocking cookies in your browser works too, but the basket and sign-in need the essential ones.
