Embroidered Workwear
Your logo, stitched onto polos, fleeces, jackets and more in our own studio. Embroidery does not crack, peel or fade the way some prints can, which is why it is the usual choice for uniforms that get washed every week.
What it costs
Three parts, and you see all three before you pay.
- 1. The garment
The price on the product page, exactly as listed.
- 2. A fee per logo position
Charged for each place you put a logo on each garment, so a chest logo and a back logo on the same polo are two positions. The more garments on the order, the less each one costs.
- 3. Logo setup, once
We turn your artwork into a stitch file once, for £9.99 ex VAT per order, and it is free on 5 garments or more.

For example, 10 polos with a left chest logo: 10 × £4.99 = £49.90 for the embroidery, setup free, on top of the polos. All ex VAT.
Large logos
The rate shown covers logos up to 10,000 stitches. A large logo, such as a full back, is £8.90 ex VAT per garment up to 20,000 stitches, and we quote anything bigger. We check yours when we digitise it and call you before anything is made, so you can approve it or cancel for a full refund.
Nobody can count stitches from a picture, which is why the check happens once your artwork is digitised.
Where it can go
Left chest, Right chest, Back and Sleeve. Pick them on any product page that shows With Embroidery, and upload a logo for each one.
What happens next
- We send you a proof, and nothing is stitched until you approve it.
- Embroidered orders take 10 to 14 working days. See delivery.
- The embroidery is guaranteed for 12 months of normal wear and washing.
