This site is run by Bay38 Limited, trading as BAY38 Workwear, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17218099), 38 Hall Lane, Walsall Wood, Walsall WS9 9AS. These terms cover using the site. Buying from us is covered by our Terms & Conditions.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything ordered through your account is treated as ordered by you, or by your business if it's a business account. If you think someone else has got in, change your password and tell us on 01543 769 999 so we can check your orders.

Logos and artwork you upload

When you upload a logo for us to print or embroider, you're confirming you have the right to use it. We only use your artwork to make and proof your orders, and we won't put it on anyone else's kit.

The chat assistant

Beanie, the chat on the site, is an AI assistant. It can get things wrong, so prices, stock and delivery dates are only confirmed by your basket, your order confirmation or a person on our team.

Our content

The photos, wording and designs on this site are ours, or used with permission. Brand names and logos belong to the brands we sell. Please don't copy them for your own use without asking.

Using the site properly

Don't try to break the site, get into parts of it you shouldn't, or scrape it in bulk. We may suspend an account that does.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a supplier, a brand or a payment provider, their site has its own terms, and we aren't responsible for it.
