12" x 1.75" Spiked Flooring Compound Roller

Air bubbles trapped in floor coatings cause craters and spots of poor adhesion, which can lead to flaking, cracking and delamination. This double arm spiked roller works simply but effectively at de-aerating floor paints and screeds such as self-levelling compounds by pricking the bubbles with plastic spikes to pop them. The rolling action also agitates screeds whilst they're still liquid, which helps to both distribute any uneven parts and break down any lumps that may be left over from the mixing process. The durable spikes are semi-rigid, enabling them to flex slightly and meaning they won't snap off into the film, and are easy to clean after use.
