Plain stock dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. Printed or embroidered orders take 10 to 14 working days, starting from artwork approval. Standard postage £6 inc VAT, free over £99 ex VAT.
Setting your logo up is a one-off £9.99, and it is free from 5 garments upward. It is charged once for the logo, not once per garment. Decoration itself is priced per position per garment, so a left chest and a back are charged twice.
Send whatever you have. Vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) reproduces best at any size, but a photo of a business card or a logo lifted off an old invoice is fine to send too - we will tell you what we can do with it before anything is charged.
A chest logo is up to 110 mm wide. Within that we scale your artwork to suit the garment and keep its proportions, and you see the finished size on the proof before we run it.
You can order a single garment as a sample and pay for it. When the full order follows, we take the cost of the sample off it.
Nothing gets decorated until you have seen it. We send an artwork proof and what you approve is what we make. If your logo needs drawing or redrawing first, that is done in house.
Plain, undecorated stock can go back within 14 days, unworn and with tags. Anything printed or embroidered to your order is made for you, so it cannot come back for a change of mind - but it is fully covered for faults, and our guarantee runs 12 months on the decoration itself.
