Everyone gets a login
Add your team and give each person an access level, such as Manager, Buyer or Team Member, or set up your own. Levels decide who can order for whom, who sees prices, who manages the team and who approves orders. Each person adds their own sizes, so you don't have to collect them.
Approvals your way
For each access level, choose whether orders always need approval, only over a value you set, or never. The owner never needs approval. Orders wait in a basket for the right authoriser, who can approve them or send them back with a reason.
Budgets and paperwork
- Budgets per person or department, with a rule for what happens when an order goes over.
- Company logos on file, ready for every order.
- Purchase order numbers on orders when you need them.
- Invoices sent to your accounts inbox.
